Off Broadway play about Gerdes

It seems to me, at the age of 73, that one could make an Off Broadway play out of the Gerdes Folk City story. I might provide the book. Well, not really, I'm sure there are better writers out there than me. Put me down for a $100 sponsorship fee though.

This is a wonderful site. I know it will grow over the years. It better be quick because some of us who were in our early twenties when we frequented the original Gerdes Folk City on Fourth Street are getting a little long in the touch. We won't live forever. :-)
